Orbit Tycoon is a mobile game developed by Tinker Apps. Tinker Apps does not operate its own backend servers and does not intentionally store personal data on infrastructure controlled by Tinker Apps. However, certain third-party services integrated into the app (such as Google services) process data on our behalf or as independent data controllers, as described in this policy. Tinker Apps does not sell personal data. All Google services referenced in this policy operate under Google's Privacy Policy.

Tinker Apps does not operate its own backend servers and does not intentionally store personal data on infrastructure it controls. Game progress — including credits, upgrades, inventory, and settings — is stored locally on your device. If you sign in to Google Play Games, this progress data is synced to your Google account. Game save data is designed not to include directly identifying personal information.
Orbit Tycoon integrates the following third-party software development kits (SDKs) provided by Google, each of which may process data as described in the sections below and under Google's Privacy Policy. The app itself does not use cookies or web tracking pixels; these SDKs may use device identifiers and similar technologies to provide their services:

If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Orbit Tycoon uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present a consent message before any personalised advertising. Depending on the choice you make:
You can change or withdraw your consent at any time from within the app under Settings > Manage Ad Privacy Options, which re-opens the consent form. Where Google Play indicates that a user is a minor, ads are served as non-personalised regardless of consent.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. Tinker Apps does not receive or store any payment information. All purchase validation is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy.

Token grants (including those bundled with packs) are not recoverable if game data is deleted or lost. If you uninstall and reinstall the app, only non-consumable benefits will be restored automatically via your Google Play account.
The app optionally integrates with Google Play Games Services for sign-in, cloud saves, and achievement tracking. If you do not sign in to Google Play Games, Play Games profile data is not shared. However, other integrated Google services (such as AdMob and Firebase) may still process data as described elsewhere in this policy.

Orbit Tycoon uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the game. Firebase Analytics may automatically collect:
This data is processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy. Tinker Apps uses this data in aggregate only to improve gameplay and does not use it to directly identify individual users. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Firebase Analytics does not store or use device identifiers until you consent through Google's consent message; if consent is not given, analytics identifiers remain disabled (Analytics may still record limited, non-identifying information needed for basic operation). You may also be able to limit certain data collection through your device or Google privacy settings.
Orbit Tycoon uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to automatically detect and report app crashes and errors. When a crash occurs, Crashlytics may collect:
This data is used solely to diagnose and fix bugs and is not used to identify individual users. Crashlytics is operated by Google under Google's Privacy Policy.
To support applicable U.S. state app-store age-verification laws (such as the Texas App Store Accountability Act, SB 2420), Orbit Tycoon uses the Google Play Age Signals API. Where required by law in your region, Google Play may verify a user's age and provide the app with an age category (for example, an age range such as 0–12, 13–15, 16–17, or 18+) and parental-consent or supervision status.
Orbit Tycoon uses this information only to provide an age-appropriate experience — specifically, to apply more restrictive, non-personalised advertising settings for users who are minors, and to restrict in-app purchases for minors without verified parental consent — and for legal compliance and safety, as permitted by these laws. Tinker Apps does not use this age information for any other purpose and does not store it on its own servers. Age verification and parental consent are handled by Google Play. This signal is provided only for users in regions where it is legally required; in all other cases the app applies its standard settings.
Google services integrated into Orbit Tycoon (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play Games Services, and Google Play Billing) may transfer and process data in the United States and other countries outside the EEA, the UK, and Switzerland. Google uses legally approved mechanisms for these international data transfers, including the European Commission's Standard Contractual Clauses where applicable. Tinker Apps does not retain personal data on its own servers. Retention periods for data processed by Google services are governed by Google's own policies:

Tinker Apps does not sell personal information. Because personal data relating to the app is processed by Google services rather than held by Tinker Apps, many of these rights can be exercised through your Google account and Google's advertising controls. We will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Orbit Tycoon is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below the minimum digital consent age in their jurisdiction — age 13 in the United States, or up to age 16 in certain EEA member states. While the app is not directed to children, we use age signals where available (see Age Signals & Age-Appropriate Experiences above) to provide age-appropriate experiences and to comply with applicable laws. Tinker Apps does not store personal data on its own servers. Local game data is protected by Android's standard application sandboxing. Cloud saves are secured by your Google account credentials. Data transmitted to Google services (AdMob, Firebase, Play Games, Play Billing) is handled under Google's security practices. No method of electronic transmission is completely secure.

Tinker Apps does not store personal data on its own infrastructure. In the event of a qualifying personal-data breach, and where required by applicable law, Tinker Apps will notify the relevant supervisory authorities and affected users without undue delay (for example, within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required under the GDPR). Data processed by Google services is also subject to Google's own breach-notification obligations.
