Beatrift is a mobile rhythm-puzzle game developed by Tinker Apps. Tinker Apps does not operate its own backend servers and does not intentionally store personal data on infrastructure controlled by Tinker Apps. However, certain third-party services integrated into the app (such as Google services) process data on our behalf or as independent data controllers, as described in this policy. Tinker Apps does not sell personal data. All Google services referenced in this policy operate under Google's Privacy Policy.

Tinker Apps does not operate its own backend servers and does not intentionally store personal data on infrastructure it controls. Your game progress — including Shards, level progress, Forge upgrades, resonance skins, sound packs, boosts, jar collections, and settings — is stored locally on your device using standard application storage.
Cloud save (optional). If you choose to sign in to Google Play Games, your game progress is additionally backed up to the Google Play Games Saved Games service in your Google account, so it can follow you to a new device or survive a reinstall (see Google Play Games Services below). This backup is stored by Google, not by Tinker Apps. If you do not sign in, progress exists only on your device: uninstalling the app or clearing its data will lose it (non-consumable purchases can still be restored through Google Play — see below). Game data is designed not to include directly identifying personal information.
Beatrift can send you local reminder notifications — for example, when your daily reward is ready to claim, when your energy has fully recharged, or shortly before a streak is about to lapse. These reminders are scheduled and generated entirely on your device from your local game progress; no personal data is collected, transmitted, or shared with Tinker Apps or any third party to deliver them, and Tinker Apps does not operate any push-notification server. On Android 13 and later the app asks for notification permission before any reminder is shown, and you can turn notifications off at any time — either by declining that prompt or in your device's system settings for Beatrift.
Beatrift integrates the following third-party software development kits (SDKs) provided by Google, each of which may process data as described in the sections below and under Google's Privacy Policy. The app itself does not use cookies or web tracking pixels; these SDKs may use device identifiers and similar technologies to provide their services:

Beatrift displays rewarded and interstitial ads served by Google AdMob. If an ad is shown, AdMob may independently collect:
This data is collected by AdMob and shared with Google and its advertising partners for ad targeting and measurement. AdMob processes this data according to Google's privacy practices and policies; Tinker Apps does not independently access or use this advertising data outside of the reports and controls Google provides. You can opt out of personalised advertising and limit certain ad-related data collection in your device settings under Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalisation. AdMob is operated by Google under Google's Privacy Policy. If you are located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or Switzerland, Beatrift uses a Google-certified Consent Management Platform (Google's User Messaging Platform) to present a consent request before ads are personalised. Your choices determine how ads are served:
Changing or withdrawing consent. You can review and change your choices at any time — withdrawing consent is as easy as giving it — from within the game under Settings > Manage Ad Privacy Options. Withdrawing consent does not remove ads; it switches them to non-personalised. These controls are shown where required by applicable law.
In-app purchases are processed entirely by Google Play. Tinker Apps does not receive or store any payment information. All purchase validation is handled by Google under Google's Privacy Policy.
Beatrift offers the following types of in-app purchases:
If you uninstall and reinstall the app, non-consumable purchases (Remove Ads and the Resonance Pack) are restored automatically via your Google Play account; you can also trigger this manually with the Restore Purchases button in the in-game store. Consumable Shard grants are not restored by Google Play, but are recovered as part of your game progress via cloud save if you are signed in to Google Play Games; otherwise they are not recoverable if game data is deleted or lost.
Beatrift optionally integrates with Google Play Games Services for sign-in, leaderboards, achievements, and cloud save. Beatrift does not create or maintain its own user accounts; signing in uses your existing Google account, which is created and managed by Google. Sign-in is optional — if you do not sign in to Google Play Games, Play Games profile data is not shared and no game progress is backed up to the cloud. However, other integrated Google services (such as AdMob and Firebase) may still process data as described elsewhere in this policy.

Beatrift uses Google Play Games Services solely to provide sign-in, leaderboards, achievements, and cloud save. Tinker Apps does not store this information on its own servers or use it for any other purpose. Google Play Games Services operates as an independent data controller under Google's Privacy Policy.
Beatrift may occasionally invite you to rate the game using the standard Google Play in-app review prompt. The prompt is displayed and handled entirely by Google Play; Tinker Apps does not receive any personal data from it, and any rating or review you choose to submit is processed by Google Play under Google's Privacy Policy.
Beatrift uses Google Firebase Analytics to understand how players interact with the game. Firebase Analytics may automatically collect:
This data is processed by Google under Google's Privacy Policy. Tinker Apps uses analytics reports and aggregated insights generated from this data to understand gameplay trends, improve the app, and evaluate features. Tinker Apps does not use Firebase Analytics to directly identify individual users. In the EEA, UK, and Switzerland, Firebase Analytics does not store or use device identifiers until you consent through Google's consent message; if consent is not given, analytics identifiers remain disabled (Analytics may still record limited, non-identifying information needed for basic operation). You may also be able to limit certain data collection through your device or Google privacy settings.
Beatrift uses Google Firebase Crashlytics to automatically detect and report app crashes and errors. When a crash occurs, Crashlytics may collect:
This data is used solely to diagnose and fix bugs and is not used to identify individual users. Crashlytics is operated by Google under Google's Privacy Policy.
To support applicable U.S. state app-store age-verification laws (such as the Texas App Store Accountability Act, SB 2420), Beatrift uses the Google Play Age Signals API. Where required by law in your region, Google Play may verify a user's age and provide the app with an age category (for example, an age range such as 0–12, 13–15, 16–17, or 18+) and parental-consent or supervision status.
Beatrift uses this information only to provide an age-appropriate experience — specifically, to apply more restrictive, non-personalised advertising settings for users who are minors, and to restrict in-app purchases for minors without verified parental consent — and for legal compliance and safety, as permitted by these laws. Tinker Apps does not use this age information for any other purpose and does not store it on its own servers. Age verification and parental consent are handled by Google Play. This signal is provided only for users in regions where it is legally required; in all other cases the app applies its standard settings.
Google services integrated into Beatrift (AdMob, Firebase Analytics, Firebase Crashlytics, Google Play Games Services, Google Play Billing, and Google Play In-App Review) may transfer and process data in the United States and other countries. Google may transfer and process this data internationally in accordance with applicable data protection laws and the safeguards described in Google's Privacy Policy.
Tinker Apps does not retain personal data on its own servers. Retention periods for data processed by Google services are governed by Google's own policies:
Local game data is retained on your device until you uninstall the app or clear app data in your device settings.

Some data collected by third-party services (such as Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics) may not be individually identifiable or deletable, but is used in aggregate and retained according to Google's data retention policies.
To request deletion of data associated with your use of Beatrift, or for help with any of the steps above, contact us at tinkerapps.support@gmail.com. We will respond to and assist with deletion requests where reasonably possible, or direct you to the appropriate Google privacy controls.
You have several controls over the data processed through the app:
If you are located in the EEA, the UK, or Switzerland, you have the following rights under the GDPR and equivalent laws. Because Tinker Apps does not hold personal data directly, most of these rights apply to data held by Google and can be exercised at myaccount.google.com. You may also contact us at tinkerapps.support@gmail.com and we will assist where reasonably possible or direct you to the appropriate Google privacy controls.
Depending on your state of residence (for example, California, Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, or Texas), you may have rights under applicable state privacy laws, including the right to know what categories of personal information are collected about you, the right to request deletion, the right to request correction of inaccurate information, and the right to opt out of targeted advertising or the "sale" or "sharing" of personal information.
Tinker Apps does not sell personal information and does not maintain user accounts or personal profiles. Because personal data relating to the app is processed by Google services rather than held by Tinker Apps, many of these rights can be exercised through your Google account and Google's advertising controls — for example, by enabling Opt out of Ads Personalisation under Settings > Google > Ads. You may also contact us using the information in the Contact section to make a request, and we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.
Beatrift is not directed at children. The app is not designed for children under 13 and is not intended to be used as a child-directed service under applicable privacy laws. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone below the minimum digital consent age in their jurisdiction — age 13 in the United States, or up to age 16 in certain EEA member states. While the app is not directed to children, we use age signals where available (see Age Signals & Age-Appropriate Experiences above) to provide age-appropriate experiences and to comply with applicable laws. If you believe a child below the applicable age has used the app in a way that has transmitted personal data, please contact us at tinkerapps.support@gmail.com so we can take appropriate action.
Tinker Apps does not store personal data on its own servers. Local game data is protected by Android's standard application sandboxing. All data transmitted between the app and the integrated Google services (AdMob, Firebase, Play Games, Play Billing) is encrypted in transit using industry-standard protocols (HTTPS/TLS), and data handled by those services is subject to Google's security practices. No method of electronic transmission is completely secure.
Tinker Apps does not intentionally collect or store personal data on its own servers, but does determine how certain third-party services are configured within the app. Where we act as a data controller in that capacity, we rely on the following legal bases under GDPR and equivalent laws:

Beatrift does not use automated decision-making or profiling that produces legal or similarly significant effects concerning you.
Tinker Apps does not store personal data on its own infrastructure. In the event of a qualifying personal-data breach, and where required by applicable law, Tinker Apps will notify the relevant supervisory authorities and affected users without undue delay (for example, within 72 hours of becoming aware, as required under the GDPR). Data processed by Google services is also subject to Google's own breach-notification obligations.
We may update this policy from time to time. Changes will be posted at this URL with an updated effective date. Where legally required — for example, where a material change involves new processing of personal data — we will notify you and, where applicable, request renewed consent before the change takes effect. Continued use of the app after non-material changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
